Lassie - The Miracle (1970) Pt 1

The Miracle is a 90-minute TV movie comprised of several episodes of the old Lassie series, originally telecast between 1969 and 1970. Lassie gets smitten by a handsome male collie, but their friendship does not last long as she is injured by a wild-dog. A passerby sees her on the road and takes her home. While recovering Lassie befriends the family's young son, a lonely mute boy. When Lassie`s pups are born, her owner mistaken them to be sired by a sheep-killer wild-dog and intends to have them killed. Lassie runs away, taking her pups with her and followed by the boy, who thinks he is a burden."
